Reservations are taken on a first booked basis. We would appreciate it very much
if you notify us in the event that you need to cancel your reservation.
Once you have booked your reservation, DVS will forward to you detailed
instructions on how to reach your destination.

Reservations cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before reservation date
time will be refunded if the room can be re-booked, less a $15.00
cancellation fee.

Will be billed 100% for reserved stay.
